Ah, this guy really is a "jerk". The “Rich Jerk” e-book was initially discovered by all the hype surrounding the his sale of one of his affiliate sites on ebay for over $200,000. Was this site sold to a friend for a popularity stunt? Nobody really knows, but we do know that the Rich Jerk e-book is a decent product and fun to read.
